Job summary

Sodexo in Louisville, KY is seeking a Director of Facilities to oversee hard and soft services at two client sites, including MEP/HVAC, mailroom, preventive maintenance, and both self-performed and contracted work.

You will lead facilities operations, manage budgets and capital projects, mentor teams, ensure safety and compliance, and partner with stakeholders to deliver cost savings and strategic improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years management experience.
• Experience overseeing facilities operations including HVAC, electrical, and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities operations across two client sites in Louisville, KY.
• Lead maintenance programs, safety, and compliance.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and capital projects with internal and external teams.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors and internal stakeholders to deliver service quality.
