Job summary

As an individual contributor in this role, you’ll complete targeted projects, apply data-driven maintenance practices, and coordinate with teams to improve service delivery and uptime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3 years of management experience.
• 3–5 years related experience.
• Experience with facilities, mechanical systems, or engineering operations.
• Experience using CMMS/work order systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize facilities and engineering services to ensure safe, compliant performance.
• Manage mechanical systems, maintenance workflows, budgeting, and safety programs.
• Develop staff and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver reliable, technical solutions.
