Northrop Grumman Corp. in Redondo Beach, CA is seeking a Principal Facilities Engineer (Level 3) for a 100% onsite role. You will manage multiple concurrent construction projects, develop SOWs and budgets, and coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams on site safety and standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in facilities engineering, project management, and critical path scheduling, with the ability to handle 15+ projects and adapt to a fast-paced environment. U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science with 5 years of project management and/or construction experience; or a Master’s degree with 3 years of project management and/or construction experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from requirements gathering through commissioning and closeout.
• Gather and evaluate requirements, technical data, blueprints, and reports.
• Develop statements of work (SOWs), budget forecasts, ROM estimates, and schedule forecasts.
• Review submittals, MOPs, RFIs, COs, and other construction-related documentation.
• Prepare technical reports and compliance documentation.
