Jabil seeks a seasoned Facilities Leader to head the plant's engineering and maintenance teams in the US. You will supervise engineers and technicians, ensure all electrical, mechanical, and construction work complies with codes, and coordinate safety programs and training across the site.

The role requires experience with electromechanical systems, civil projects, and a focus on safety, with opportunities to influence production support initiatives and cost-effective facility upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with building or equipment maintenance knowledge and 5+ years experience.
• Experience administering electromechanical and civil construction projects.
• Advanced English proficiency; experience in the medical industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities group of engineers and technicians for the plant.
• Ensure electrical, mechanical and construction work comply with codes and regs.
• Train facility technicians in safety and hazardous materials protection.
• Oversee safety related to electrical and electromechanical systems.
• Design and coordinate construction or adaptation projects to support production.
