Job summary

Jabil is seeking an experienced engineering leader to guide a cross-disciplinary team across product development, NPI, and production support. The role emphasizes technical guidance, resource planning, and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in electrical design, systems engineering, and program management, with a track record of delivering high-quality, compliant products across global operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of engineering experience with complex products or systems.
• Experience leading electrical design activities and teams.
• 3+ years of experience supervising or managing engineering teams.
• Experience supporting product development, NPI, production or sustaining engineering environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high performing engineering team supporting product development, NPI, production and sustaining activities.
• Establish clear team priorities, performance expectations, development plans, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Plan and balance resources across multiple projects while monitoring workload and dependencies.
• Partner with program managers and engineering leaders to set schedules and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and design oversight to empower engineers.
