Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Facilities Engineering Lead to oversee engineers and technicians in the plant and surrounding areas. You will ensure electrical, mechanical and civil works meet codes and safety standards while guiding projects that support growing production processes.

You will train technicians in safety, coordinate construction and facility adaptation efforts, and report to the Facilities Manager on daily activities and key initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 5 years of experience in building or equipment maintenance or related field.
• Experience in administration of electromechanical and civil construction projects.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Experience in the medical industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities group of engineers and technicians for the plant and surroundings.
• Ensure electrical, mechanical and construction work complies with codes and regulations.
• Train facility technicians in safety and protective measures.
• Plan and coordinate construction or facility adaptations to support production.
• Support the Facilities Manager with day-to-day activities and meetings.
