Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to support the Engineering Manager and lead the engineering team in daily operations, safety, audits, and vendor coordination at a resort setting.

The role requires HVAC, electrical, and plumbing know-how, OSHA/GHS compliance, and strong leadership with focus on quality and guest experience. On-site work with benefits and growth opportunities in a hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Certification in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing is preferred.
• CPO and CPR (or willingness to obtain).
• OSHA Certified, EPA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineering leadership with management of engineering department and vendor operations.
• Provide direction and supervision to Engineering Technicians for daily operations.
• Ensure the engineering department meets Internal, Quality, and Loss Prevention Audit standards.
• Partner with HR and leadership to ensure compliance and workplace standards.
• Collaborate with leadership to support financial aspects of the engineering department.
• Build strong relationships with vendors/contractors and HOA knowledge.
• Request and receive bids for presentation to resort management.
• Support and implement management strategic initiatives and programs.
