The role requires a minimum of a high school diploma with several years in maintenance leadership; a preferred associate degree in Construction Technology or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Five years of maintenance director experience in Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferred.
• Three years of experience in facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance department and its staff.
• Ensure facility and grounds meet safety codes and standards.
