Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of facility maintenance experience.
• 5 years of Maintenance Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Associate’s degree in Construction Technology or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of safety codes and building systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and supervise all maintenance department activities.
• Ensure facility and grounds meet safety codes and regulations.
• Monitor and follow equipment and systems maintenance schedules.
• Contribute to residents' safety and comfort through reliable upkeep.
