Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain the facility with painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs to provide residents with a quality experience.
• Supervise day-to-day maintenance functions and staff.
• Assist the Administrator in setting and standardizing maintenance standards and procedures.
• Conduct daily maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with safety guidelines.
• Monitor and test alarms and fire systems per state/federal regulations.
• Document safety items, schedule bids, and report to the Administrator.
