Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates’ Degree or accredited maintenance training with 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of building systems, safety codes, and preventative maintenance processes.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel; able to learn facility-specific software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise maintenance and housekeeping teams.
• Implement and document preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee grounds, interior, and exterior facility upkeep to ensure safety and appearance.
• Train staff on equipment use and emergency procedures.
