Job Summary

As a Senior Facilities Director, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling plant operations and building renovations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review and evaluate existing programs, services, policies, and procedures.
2. Monitor work flow and quality to ensure timely completion and compliance with standards using computerized programs for maintenance, construction, financial management, and energy controls.
3. Prepare and manage departmental budgets, including utilities and energy savings programs.
4. Ensure regulatory compliance with agencies such as the Joint Commission, State Health Department, EPA, DEP, ADA, UST, among others.
5. Provide guidance, training, and motivation to staff.
6. Develop effective client relationships.
7. Monitor work performance and conduct performance evaluations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum of 4+ years experience in Facilities Management Leadership.
• Experience with Pharma and GMP environments preferred.
• Background in Life Sciences preferred.
• Experience with client relations and budgeting required.
