Pay Grade: 17

Job Summary

As a Senior Facilities Director, you are responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling functions and activities of plant operations and building renovations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reviews and evaluates existing programs, services, policies, and procedures
2. Monitors flow and quality of work to ensure timely completion and adherence to standards, using computerized programs for maintenance, construction, financial management, and energy controls
3. Prepares and manages departmental budgets, including utilities and energy savings programs
4. Ensures regulatory compliance with agencies such as the Joint Commission, State Health Department, EPA, DEP, ADA, UST, and others
5. Provides guidance, training, and motivation to staff
6. Maintains effective client rapport
7. Monitors work performance and prepares performance evaluations for personnel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience required
• Minimum of 4+ years experience in Facilities Management Leadership
• Previous Pharma and GMP background preferred
• Life Sciences background preferred
• Experience with Client Relations and Budgeting required
