Vixxo seeks a Senior Facilities Coordinator to lead the execution of client work requests from Colwich, KS. You will coordinate trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC and track progress through CWFS while ensuring adherence to client terms.

The role requires strong customer service, time management, and attention to detail. You will communicate with management and contractors, escalating issues as needed to meet deadlines and budgets.

Formación

• Two years minimum in facilities coordination or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math and office equipment proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and organize client work requests across trades.
• Assign contractors using CWFS; escalate over $1500 costs.
• Ensure contractors meet rates and SLAs; communicate expectations.
• Provide schedule updates to clients and track progress.
