Immatics US, Inc. is seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to coordinate calibrations, maintenance, and repairs of assets per regulatory requirements.
You will work with Facilities, Asset Lifecycle and Engineering, manage the Asset Management System, and ensure proper documentation and vendor coordination. The role operates Mon–Fri 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with occasional off-shift and weekend hours, reporting to the Senior Manager, Asset Lifecycle, at 13203 Murphy Road, Stafford, TX 77477.

We are seeking a Senior Facilities Coordinator to support the coordination, scheduling, and administration of the calibration, maintenance, and repair of assets, both scheduled and on-demand, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
The Senior Facilities Coordinator works directly with Facilities Management (Facilities, Asset Lifecycle, & Engineering) and multiple stakeholders to ensure operations are conducted per procedures, spare parts are purchased and administered, documentation is complete and properly filed, and safety procedures are upheld.
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; occasional off shift hours and weekend / holiday shifts
