Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction or business related field.
• Five years of progressive administrative experience in higher education.
• Ten years in a senior leadership/managerial role with facilities budget oversight.
• Knowledge of capital development, planning, design and construction.
• Ability to develop and monitor operating and construction budgets.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage project development, planning, design, and construction of facilities.
• Prepare RFQ/RFP proposals and oversee professional service agreements.
• Select consultants and coordinate with A/E and contractor teams.
• Represent the college on high-level committees and ensure budget adherence.
• Oversee statewide projects and lead project managers where assigned.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and college policies.
