Strong communication with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage project development, planning, design, and construction of facilities.
Prepare RFQ and RFP proposals for professional services and construction contracts.
Review the work of contractors with regard to planning, scheduling, and costs, and follow through to completion.
Participate in consultants and be a voting member on A/E and Contractor selection committees.
Oversee statewide construction projects and resources and lead project managers.
