Job summary

Heartland Restaurant Group | A Dunkin’ Franchisee is seeking a Facilities and Construction Manager to lead on-site maintenance and remodel projects across its operating area. You will supervise Technicians and contractors, balance daily repairs with preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong carpentry and building repair skills, and experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and restaurant equipment.

Qualifications

• Over 5 years in facilities, restaurant maintenance, building maintenance, or construction.
• Leadership of technicians, construction workers, or subcontractors.
• Ability to read construction drawings and approved plans and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, coach, and evaluate Facilities Technicians and construction crews.
• Manage remodels: schedules, crews, subcontractors, materials, progress reports; minimize disruption.
• Review drawings, inspect quality and safety, resolve site issues, complete punch lists.
• Coordinate inspections to meet codes and plans; track spending and timelines; report progress to leadership.
• Obtain bids, coordinate contractors and suppliers, enforce scope, safety, and warranties.
