Job summary

Markono Group Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned BCA-certified Facilities Manager to oversee building management, ensuring regulatory compliance and safe operations across printing, warehousing and distribution facilities in Singapore.

You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate with authorities, manage M&E systems, energy conservation, and budgeting while driving continuous improvement and a safe workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering, FM, or related field.
• 10–15 years in facilities management with strong regulatory compliance focus.
• Experience in manufacturing or printing industries is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of M&E systems and building services.
• FSM certification is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison with authorities (BCA, SCDF, NEA) and manage regulatory submissions.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive facilities management strategy including maintenance.
• Oversee operation of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and infrastructure.
• Lead a team of technicians and external vendors, manage contracts and budgets.
• Drive energy conservation and ensure safety standards across the facility.
