KSA Integration, LLC is a SDVOSB government contractor supporting the Marine Corps Installations Command. This role leads monitoring of third‑party facility services across the MCICOM GF portfolio, ensuring contractor performance meets contract requirements and assets remain ready.

You will manage warranty tracking and develop PM work plans for government review. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of facilities operations or contract management experience, plus active secret

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, business, or related field.
• 7+ years of facilities operations or DoW/OM contract management experience.
• Familiarity with DoW facility service contracts and O&M compliance frameworks.
• Experience with warranty management and preventive maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead service contract compliance evaluations against performance standards.
• Manage warranty tracking across the installation portfolio and draft PM plans.
• Analyze provider performance metrics and document findings for government action.
• Coordinate data calls with installation facility managers and GF leads.
• Flag equipment readiness risks and warranty expiration timelines to leadership.
• Ensure all work products are advisory and subject to government review.
