Job summary

ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC is seeking a Facilities Assessment Senior Project Associate to join our Mid-Atlantic Building Science + Infrastructure team in Richmond, VA. You will lead facilities assessment projects, provide technical leadership, and manage client-facing work with architects, engineers and owners.

Responsibilities include sourcing work, mentoring junior staff, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring quality through ASTM E2018 standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), or a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience with conducting property/facility condition assessments.

Responsibilities

• Source and acquire work while providing technical leadership and PM for facilities assessment projects.
• Lead client meetings and present report findings.
• Coordinate project meetings and mentor junior staff.
• Oversee preparation and final sign-off of reports.
• Direct field work and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ensure quality consistent with ASTM E2018 and building codes.
