Job summary

ECS Mid-Atlantic, LLC is seeking a Facilities Assessment Senior Project Associate in Chantilly, VA to lead facility condition assessments and infrastructure projects. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), or a related field.
• 5+ years of related experience with conducting property/facility condition assessments.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and acquiring work and providing technical leadership for facilities assessment projects.
• Lead client meetings and/or calls to present report findings and conclusions.
• Oversee preparation and review of reports from junior staff prior to Principal review.
• Direct field work and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of building systems and data collection methods.
