Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Sr. Systems Analyst to join the Global Facilities Space Planning team in San Diego. You will pull occupancy data, transform it into visuals, and drive space planning initiatives across global sites.

Responsibilities include developing dashboards, analyzing trends for capacity and real-estate strategy, and partnering with facilities, IT, HR, and Workplace teams to deliver actionable, data-driven narratives to leadership.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in facilities management, workplace operations, corporate real estate, or analytics.
• Strong data analysis and dashboard skills with experience in badge/sensor data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance space utilization dashboards (badge, sensor, occupancy data).
• Analyze trends and provide actionable insights for capacity planning, real-estate strategy, and workplace design.
• Support long-range planning through headcount modeling, space optimization, and forecasting.
• Create operational dashboards that track maintenance, vendor performance, and facility health.
• Partner with Facilities, IT, HR, and Workplace teams to align insights with business needs.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership with clear, data-driven narratives.
• Accurate dashboards used as the organization’s primary source of truth.
• Improved space efficiency and informed planning decisions.
• Strong cross-functional alignment through clear and consistent reporting.
