Job summary

Dexcom Corporation in San Diego seeks a Sr. Systems Analyst to support occupancy data for global sites and transform metrics into actionable insights for capacity planning and workplace design.

You will develop dashboards, model headcount, and partner with Facilities, IT, HR, and Workplace teams to align reporting with business needs, delivering data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in facilities management, workplace operations, corporate real estate, or analytics.
• Strong skills in data analysis and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with utilization data (badge, sensors, reservation platforms).
• Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS and workplace technology systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into business decisions.

Responsibilities

Our Global Facilities Space Planning team

Our Global Facilities Space Planning team is looking for the right teammate to support occupancy data for all our global sites. As a Sr. Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for pulling data metrics monthly, transforming data into visuals, and office space planning.

• Strong cross-functional alignment through clear and consistent reporting.

What makes you successful

• 5+ years in facilities management, workplace operations, corporate real estate, or analytics.
• Strong skills in data analysis and dashboard tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Experience with utilization data (badge, sensors, reservation platforms).
• Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS and workplace technology systems.

Preferred

• Experience in occupancy planning or portfolio strategy.
• Exposure to data automation or systems integration.
