JRC Careers in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Facilities Planning & Programming Analyst to support the Missile Defense Agency’s Facility Life Cycle Management projects. You will provide real property siting, MILCON advance planning, infrastructure analysis, and interagency coordination across design and construction teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a related field, 12+ years in defense facilities, active DoD clearance, and the ability to brief senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Planning, or related field.
• 12+ years in facilities engineering, MILCON, or defense infrastructure.
• Active DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain).
• Master’s degree in Engineering, Planning, Architecture or related field; PE/RA license desirable.
• Experience with facility siting and real estate; familiarity with DoD real property systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide planning and programming support for global MDA system siting initiatives.
• Prepare MILCON documentation including budget, acquisition packages, and briefing materials.
• Evaluate system architecture and facility design packages from concept to final design.
• Support lifecycle planning for MILCON and Facility Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (FSRM).
• Coordinate with USACE, NAVFAC, Public Works, and host-nation agencies on requirements and estimates.
• Assist in MILCON program cost and budget coordination and DD1391 exhibits.
