Job summary

Fidelity Investments in the Fidelity Institutional learning team is seeking a Principal Facilitator who can lead high-impact facilitated learning experiences and events, live and virtual, at all levels of the organization.

You will build relationships through consulting, risk mitigation, and follow-up, work cross-functionally with learning professionals and project teams, and advise leaders to clarify learning needs that align with business priorities, shaping agendas and ensuring measurable

Qualifications

• Education – Bachelor's or equivalent with 8 years of experience or Masters with 6 years of experience.
• Specialized Experience - formal instructor-led facilitation in the Learning/Talent industry with continuous professional development.
• Other learning/certifications – preference for candidates with certifications in learning programs and development assessments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating high-impact learning engagements (live and virtual) at all levels of the organization using advanced facilitation techniques.
• Building relationships through effective consulting, risk mitigation, and follow up to ensure learning is applied and impacts measured.
• Working cross-functionally with learning professionals and project teams to tailor solutions to meet complex learning needs and ensure clear objectives and structured outcomes.
• Advising leaders and the HR team to clarify learning needs that support business, team and individual growth, shaping agendas and aligning with priorities.
• Contributing to and building the organization's capabilities in facilitation, engagement and inclusive practices.
