Job summary

Qualifications

• Understand written and verbal instructions.
• Read blueprints and routings and perform basic math to manage stock and scrap.
• Perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interact effectively with production line teammates to meet outcomes.
• Adapt to change and take on other tasks as assigned.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Detect unusual conditions or defective material and report to supervisor.
• Physically able to handle liners of various sizes/weights.

Responsibilities

• Sets-up and operates spot welders and H-clips for steel with minimal line stoppages.
• Forms liners within quality and quantity standards per blueprints/routes.
• Positions weldments using fixtures, jigs, and rollers as applicable.
• Comes to work with safety focus and follows PPE requirements.
• Completes paperwork (scrap sheets, safety checks, etc.) accurately and timely.
• Maintains equipment and area cleanliness with CI initiatives.
• Communicates on the assembly line to keep production rate.
