Job summary

Qualifications

• Understand written and verbal instructions.
• Read blueprints and routings and perform basic math to manage return to stock and scrap.
• Perform variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interact constructively with team members on the production line to achieve the desired outcomes.
• React to change positively and handle other tasks as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Complies with safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and PPE requirements.
• Sets-up and operates spot welders and H-clips for steel.
• Performs proficient changeovers with no line stoppages.
• Forms liners within quality and quantity standards per blueprints/route sheets.
• Communicates effectively with assembly line colleagues to maintain production rate.
• Completes paperwork accurately (scrap sheets, safety checks, etc.).
• Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.
