Donaldson Company is seeking a production welder/operator to join a fast-paced assembly line. You will set up and run spot welders and H-clip machines, form liners, and ensure quality per blueprints. Strong teamwork, safety focus, and the ability to adapt to changing tasks are essential to keep the line productive.

Applicants must read blueprints, perform basic math, and maintain attendance. Prior experience on an industrial line and ability to lift heavy liners are preferred.

• Read blueprints and routings and perform basic math skills to manage return to stock and scrap.
• Perform variety of tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
• Interact constructively and effectively with team members on the production line to achieve desired outcomes.
• React to change positively and handle other tasks as assigned.
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Detect unusual conditions or defective material and report to supervisor.
• Have the physical ability to handle any size/weight liner with or without accommodations.

Responsabilidades

• Complies with safety, DOT, HAZMAT and environmental policies and PPE requirements.
• Sets-up and operates spot welders and H-clips for steel; performs change-overs with no line stoppages.
• Forms liners within quality and quantity standards per blue prints/route sheets.
• Fits and positions product weldments using fixtures, jigs and rollers as applicable.
• Understands welder, H-clip machine, and roller table functions to ensure safe, correct operations.
• Communicates effectively with assembly line teammates and leadership to maintain production rate.
