Job summary

Donaldson Company is seeking a Fabricator/Assembler - Lev II for the Greeneville, TN facility on the 3rd shift (10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m.). You will fabricate and assemble components to meet quality standards while following safety, quality, and environmental policies, using blueprints, routings, and hand tools on site.

This role requires teamwork, accurate documentation, and commitment to 6S and CI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and routings.
• Adhere to safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Maintain 6S standards and keep a clean work area.
• Attendance must be reliable and punctual.
• Mechanical aptitude with hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety, DOT, HAZMAT, and environmental policies and use PPE.
• Fabricate and assemble components per blueprints and route sheets.
• Operate and maintain assigned equipment with basic mechanical skills.
• Understand equipment functions to ensure safe operations.
• Collaborate with team to maintain production flow and meet targets.
• Complete labor cards, production reports, and CI cards accurately.
• Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and support CI initiatives.
• Support cross-departmental tasks and overtime as needed.
