Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in our FAAS Transactions team to shape and deliver tailored accounting solutions on revenue recognition, securitizations, consolidations, and M&A across industries. You will listen to clients’ challenges and translate them into practical, strategic guidance with no off-the-shelf answers.

You will collaborate with FAAS colleagues and other service lines, build client relationships, mentor team members, and travel to meet key clients as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; CPA certification preferred; 2–5 years' public accounting/audit experience.
• Strong technical writing and presentation skills.
• Solid understanding of US GAAP.
• Experience with revenue recognition, share-based payments, securitizations, consolidations, and equity method accounting.
• Experience with business combinations, M&A, and joint ventures; knowledge of financial services terminology.
