Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business and 8+ years of public accounting audit experience.
• US CPA licensure required.
• Strong technical writing and advanced risk management knowledge.
• Understanding of marketplace terminology, processes, and tools.
• Proven ability to mentor and lead high-performing teams.
• Ability to research and resolve complex client issues, including regulations and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients on complex accounting issues.
• Collaborate with partners, senior managers and clients to influence strategy, balancing risk and expectations.
• Ensure the Engagement team understands client needs, ambitions and expectations.
• Build relationships across service lines to provide seamless integrated service.
• Travel regularly to meet with key clients.
