Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to join the FAAS team, leading cross-functional client engagements across industries and shaping strategic accounting solutions. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience through deep understanding of needs and collaboration across service lines.

You’ll travel to meet key clients, mentor teams, and drive performance improvements while aligning with EY’s values and standards. A CPA and 8+ years of audit experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an accounting, finance or business discipline with 8+ years of public accounting audit experience.
• US CPA licensure in your work state.
• Strong technical writing skills and advanced risk management knowledge.
• Deep understanding of marketplace terminology, processes and tools.
• Proven record of excellence in mentoring and leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Consulting with clients on complex accounting issues.
• Collaborating with partners, senior managers and clients to influence strategy and manage risk and expectations.
• Ensuring Engagement team thoroughly understands clients’ needs and ambitions.
• Building relationships across service lines to deliver integrated services.
• Managing performance and identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes.
