Job summary

NIRA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Analyst in the United States (Virginia) to provide comprehensive program management, project coordination, data analysis, and financial support for a major FAA program.

The candidate will work with the Program Office and cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, monitor schedules and budget, and drive effective program execution. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to obtain Public Trust

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 10 years of related work experience.
• Strong project and program coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with Excel spreadsheets and financial tracking.
• Experience coordinating with federal government programs is highly desirable.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program management and analytical support to clients, including project coordination, planning and prioritization, change management, program reporting, performance tracking, and financial support.
• Support annual project planning and prioritization for the program by collaborating with the Program Office and field personnel to identify future projects and facilitate prioritization workshops.
• Monitor and track changes to project lists across all Fiscal Years, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
• Develop presentations, status reports, briefings, spreadsheets, and other materials for Program Office leadership and stakeholders.
• Facilitate national meetings by developing agendas and materials; lead meetings and track action items to ensure follow-through.
• Support budget formulation and financial planning artifacts, including Spend Plans, RPDs, White Sheets, and CIP documentation.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, process documentation, workflows, and other program artifacts.
• Analyze program and financial information to identify variances and risks, escalating concerns as appropriate.
• Analyze large data sets to identify coordination needs, impacts, and recommendations.
• Examine project requirements, conduct sensitivity analyses and affordability assessments, provide planning recommendations.
• Cultivate relationships with FAA stakeholders and provide tailored solutions.
• Perform other program management and analytical tasks as assigned.
