NIRA, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide comprehensive program management, scheduling, data analysis, planning, and financial support for a major FAA Program.

This role will coordinate with cross‑functional stakeholders to monitor schedules, financial performance, and ensure effective program execution. The ideal candidate will manage multiple priorities, translate data into actionable insights, and develop SOPs and documentation to support ongoing operations and reporting to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of program analysis/coordination experience.
• Experience with federal government programs is highly desirable.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program management and analytical support to clients, including project coordination, planning and prioritization, change management, program reporting, performance tracking, and financial support.
• Support annual project planning and prioritization by collaborating with the Program Office and field personnel to identify future projects.
• Monitor and track changes to project lists across all Fiscal Years and incorporate into program plans.
• Develop presentations, status reports, briefings, spreadsheets, and other materials for leadership.
• Facilitate national meetings and track action items to ensure coordination and follow‑through.
• Support budget formulation and financial planning artifacts such as Spend Plans and CIP documentation.
• Develop SOPs, process documentation, workflows, and other program artifacts.
• Analyze program and financial information, identify budget variances and risks, and support corrective actions.
• Compile and analyze large data sets to identify coordination needs and recommendations.
• Examine project requirements and provide recommendations for planning purposes.
• Build relationships with FAA stakeholders and provide tailored solutions.
