Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a seasoned Food & Beverage Manager to oversee the operations of our signature restaurant VAGA, Perch Lounge, Pocket Restaurant and other F&B areas. You will manage budgets, lead marketing initiatives, and drive guest satisfaction across front and back of house.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of progressive hotel F&B experience, strong leadership, and a track record of high-volume concept success.

Qualifications

4+ years of progressive hotel Food & Beverage experience (typically with Hyatt)
Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
Proven leadership skills
Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
Strong communication and organizational abilities
Experience implementing new F&B concepts

Responsibilities

Oversee and direct the F&B operations across signature restaurant VAGA, Perch Lounge, Pocket Restaurant and related areas
Develop and manage budgets, marketing plans, and objectives
Implement and maintain F&B sales/marketing programs
Direct and oversee development and performance reviews of staff
Hire, train, empower, coach and counsel employees; conduct salary reviews
Coordinate payroll, reports, forecasts, inventory and budgets for F&B operations
Ensure compliance with health regulations and Hyatt standards across all outlets
