Job summary

Del Lago Resort & Casino in Waterloo, NY is seeking a Supervisor, Steward to lead the Kitchen Utility team and ensure cleanliness of all cookware and tableware. You will oversee training, assign duties, and maintain proper sanitation in a fast-paced casino environment.

You will report to the kitchen leadership, lift up to 75 lbs, and work long hours including nights and weekends. Previous casino experience isn't required, but a positive attitude and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach and stretch.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.
• Ability to read and understand chemical MSDS paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Direct, train and supervise Kitchen Utility staff and workload distribution to maintain cleanliness of equipment and wares.
• Ensure proper training on chemical handling and sanitary practices for Food and Beverage equipment.
• Oversee banquet set‑up and breakdown on assigned shift.
• Assign duties as directed by management.
