Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Sr. Associate - F&A - AP to oversee invoice processing, ensure accurate supplier data, and release payments on time. This role requires strong accounting knowledge and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

You will validate invoices, resolve PO/bank details issues, and support process improvements while upholding compliance and audit standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level accounting education or higher.
• Experience with accounts payable processes and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Review and process invoices along with providing resolutions.
• Validate basic essentials of valid invoices: supplier details, PO, bank account, invoice number/date.
• Release invoices for payment timely and accurately; ensure pay runs are completed.
• Follow up with requisitions via calls/emails/tickets to resolve invoice issues per AP guidelines.
• Adhere to internal compliance policies and perform daily audits to ensure guideline compliance.
