Job summary

Credence is seeking a Software and Hardware Test Support (principal level) to support AFLCMC/WAM in the F-16 division at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role involves coordinating test documentation, airworthiness activities, and flight-test support across multiple DoD test ranges and ranges facilities.

You will work with prime contractors, the program office, and test agencies to ensure compliance with airworthiness standards, test requirements, and safety protocols, enabling successful fielding

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance.
• 20 years of experience in the respective discipline; at least 12 years in DoW/DoD.
• Alternative: 25 years in DoD/DoW with required years.
• Alternative: 30 years directly related experience with DoD/DoW.
• Minimum of three years planning or conducting military flight test programs.
• Expertise in planning, directing, and integrating test & evaluation functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist development of test documentation including test releases and airworthiness memos.
• Coordinate test resource scheduling for fighter weapons systems tests.
• Coordinate approvals for airworthiness documentation and safety of flight memos.
• Develop and coordinate test requirements with prime contractor, IPT, and FAA approvals.
• Support program management, test management, and systems engineering for fighter weapons software development, test, and fielding.
• Develop TEMPs and review DT&E/OT&E test plans and reports.
• Support use of flight test deficiency reporting systems for hazard assessment and guidance.
