Job summary

Credence is seeking a Senior Software and Hardware Test Support professional to join the AFLCMC/WAM F-16 division at Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. You will assist with test documentation, schedules, and coordination across government and contractor teams to enable ground and flight testing of fighter weapons systems.

You will provide technical guidance on test requirements, ensure compliance with airworthiness standards, and contribute to test plans, DT&E/OT&E activities, and fielding

Qualifications

• Active top secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with extensive DoD experience.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree preferred or minimum 15 years of related DoD experience with certifications.
• Minimum of three years of experience planning or conducting military flight test programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist development of test documentation and coordinate test resource scheduling for flight test infrastructure.
• Collect required documentation from vendors for software releases and safety of flight memos; coordinate approvals.
• Interpret Air Force forms and modifications to support ground and flight testing and hardware/software fielding recommendations.
• Provide technical assistance to develop and coordinate test requirements among primes, program offices, and agencies, including FAA certifications.
• Support program management, test management, and systems engineering for fighter weapons systems development, testing, and fielding.
• Assist with TEMPs, master test plans, and review test plans and reports.
