Job summary

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Senior Production Technician to support daily production goals in our lab operations. The role involves performing calibration, safety checks, and conformance testing to ensure high-quality prescription eyewear, while maintaining a clean and safe work area.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years at the Production Tech level, and completion of the highest training status across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Worked at the Production Tech level for a minimum of 2 years.
• Obtained the highest training status available in 5 qualified functions with at least 2 Senior Production Technician level functions, 1 Production Technician level function (or higher), plus 2 Associate Production Technician level functions (or higher).

Responsibilities

• Performs any necessary processes, calibration, preventive maintenance, safety checks, and conformance testing as directed to produce quality prescription eyewear in accordance with work instructions.
• Maintains a clean and safe work area.
• Identifies quality, process and work flow problems.
• Segregates non-conforming product or material.
• Works at Technician levels (Associate, Production and Senior) within surface and/or bench, as needed.
