• Experience in insurance reporting and financial statement prep.
• Extensive knowledge of the Bluebook and fronting agreement processes.
• Strong audit skills and ability to manage audits effectively.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of external financial reports per GAAP and statutory rules.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow.
• Manage the audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Oversee insurance reporting and fronting agreement processes with partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy.
• Identify process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency.
