Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of financial reporting experience focusing on GAAP and statutory accounting.
• Experience with insurance reporting requirements and financial statement preparation.
• Familiarity with Bluebook and fronting agreements.
• Strong audit management skills and ability to liaise with external auditors.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preparation and review of external financial reports in GAAP and statutory compliance.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and cash flow reporting.
• Manage the audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
