Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an experienced automotive lighting engineer to drive development, validation, and root-cause analysis across global teams. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, test execution for OTA releases, and QA support on telematics hardware.

Candidates should have 6+ years in automotive lighting, possess Catia V5 and Teamcenter fluency, and coordinate with OEMs and suppliers.

Qualifications

6+ years of working experience in Automotive lighting development.
Must coordinate with engineers located at different global technical centers.
Co-ordination with OEM and supplier resident engineer if required.
Must have lighting program work experience.

Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and redirecting customer tickets to the respective team to re-solve the tickets related to Telematics device.
Supporting vehicle validation team to execute and monitor the test cases for Over- the Air.
Analyzing the J1939 CAN logs of issues from vehicle testing and supporting development team to find the Root cause.
Should proactively interact with cross functional teams to debug and find root cause for the issues.
Supporting QA Testing on telematics device test bench to execute test case for production release.
