Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an experienced HW Engineer for our Southfield, MI location. The role emphasizes hardware development, EMS pre-compliance, and collaboration with software, optics, and mechanics teams to deliver high-quality automotive lighting systems.

The candidate will lead hardware design, testing, and validation across the Americas region, provide technical mentorship, and ensure conformance to industry standards.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 2+ years of hardware engineering experience in automotive systems.
• Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and tools.
• US Work Permit required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop lighting electronics systems for automotive applications based on customer requirements and schematics.
• Define quote strategy and lighting system architectures with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with ISO26262 and other automotive standards; perform DVP&R and DFMEA tasks.
