Job summary

Pentangle Tech Services | P5 Group is seeking an Electrical Engineering leader to drive the strategy for lighting, exterior and interior components, and vehicle integration. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across Scout and suppliers to set design direction and deliver unique accessories from concept to production.

You will develop and maintain requirements, ICDs, and validation plans, ensuring traceability, test coverage, and robust QA throughout prototyping and pre-production phases.

Qualifications

• Develop technical and verification documents for electrical systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet design and QA requirements.
• Create and maintain ICDs and device transmittals.

Responsibilities

• Develop EE strategy for lighting and exterior/ interior features from concept to production.
• Ensure vehicle electrical connection points exist in base architectures.
• Lead development of RFQ packages, technical reviews, and supplier selection.
• Lead Product Development Teams to set design direction and deliver Scout accessories.
• Contribute to product spec books, test plans, DVP&R, DFMEA, and Control Plans.
• Direct design and analysis groups to validate with models and ensure compatibility.
• Ensure on-time validation and testing coverage for all requirements and traceability.
• Conduct product evaluation and design reviews during prototyping and pre-production.
• Develop prototypes for virtual and physical verification testing, including field testing.
