The Pineapple Agency is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of experiential projects, coordinating teams, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.

You will work closely with Senior Producers and cross-functional teams to drive accountability, proactively resolve issues, and keep projects on track and aligned with client expectations.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in marketing or experiential environments.
• Experience with project management software tools and best practices.
• Experience managing projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day execution of experiential projects from kickoff to completion.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Track progress with real-time visibility into status, labor, and costs.
• Identify risks and budget concerns, propose fixes and change orders.
