Job summary

Small Girls PR is seeking an Experiential Production Director with 7-9 years of experience leading multichannel in-person activations and digital experiences. You will drive experiential strategies, manage client relationships, and oversee budgets, timelines, and production details across diverse brands.

The ideal candidate has agency experience with strong client interface skills and a track record of delivering high-visibility experiences in fashion and beauty spaces, with readiness to travel

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience leading multichannel experiential projects.
• Proven ability to manage large budgets and tight timelines.
• Strong client relationship management with a fashion/beauty lens preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead experiential projects and client relationships day-to-day, ensuring strong delivery and client satisfaction.
• Translate client objectives into executable programs with clear KPIs and measurement plans.
• Oversee production from ideation through post-production, adjusting involvement to project needs.
• Manage and develop experiential team members with clear feedback and career development.
• Contribute to new business pitches, proposals, and scoping in partnership with senior leadership.
