Job summary

Small Girls PR is seeking an Experiential Production Director with 7-9 years of agency experience leading multi-channel activations and digital experiences. You’ll own client relationships, craft cohesive experiential strategies, and oversee budgets, timelines, and on-site execution across fashion and beauty brands.

Based in a US office (New York or Los Angeles) with a hybrid schedule, you’ll guide teams, manage complex programs, and partner with senior leadership to align campaigns with brand

Qualifications

• 7–9 years of experience managing in-person activations and digital experiences.
• Agency experience with client-facing responsibilities is preferred.
• Experience with beauty and fashion brands is highly valued.
• Ability to lead campaigns from ideation through post-production and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead experiential projects and client relationships on a day-to-day basis.
• Develop strategies, KPI plans, and measurement for programs.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, permitting, and vendor coordination.
• Provide strategic direction and risk management across multiple programs.
• Mentor and develop the experiential team and cross-functional partners.
