The ideal candidate has 8+ years in event management, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong negotiation and project-management skills to ensure a high ROI and seamless stakeholder

Qualifications

• 8+ years of proven experience in event management within experiential agencies.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Strong organization and multi-project management skills.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy aligned with company goals and KPIs.
• Create, manage, and track budgets; negotiate contracts with vendors and venues.
• Oversee logistics: venues, catering, A/V, transportation, and accommodations.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotions, collateral, and registrations platforms.
• Manage on-site activities and post-event evaluations to measure ROI and outcomes.
